Patient Financial Policy

Written by

Thank you for choosing Family Pediatrics as your health care provider. We are committed to building a successful physician-patient relationship with you and your family. Your clear understanding of our Patient Financial Policy is important to our professional relationship. Please ask if you have any questions about our fees, our policies, or your responsibilities.

Summary of our patient policies
  • Although we may bill your insurance, you are ultimately responsible to ensure our office is paid for any services we provide for you or your child.
  • If you have an insurance coverage for your child which may require you to pay for part or all of your child's office visit, we will require you to keep a credit card on hold at our office. We will charge that credit card for your balance due if you do not pay your balance by the due date.
  • We will be charging a late fee of $5.00 if you do not pay your bill by the due date.
